Project Details

Tideline developed and served as General Contractor for the construction of a retail property in an emerging neighborhood. While this speculative development was the first of it’s kind in the area, Tideline employed thoughtful design with effective programming to successfully activate the area—attracting a boutique tenant that grew to be an established national credit and creating a thriving gathering place for the community. Additionally, while working on plans and permits with the city, Tideline partnered with local non-profit and art foundation to leverage the vacant property to host fund-raisers and community events.
