Project Details

Tideline acquired and repositioned an underperforming downtown office building. Serving as both developer and general contractor, Tideline managed an extensive renovation that involved replacing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, bringing the property up to code, and improving water use efficiency by 30% and energy efficiency by 50%. Additional value was created by resolving title issues and establishing an access and maintenance agreement that resolved competing interests for shared facilities across multiple parties. Simultaneously, Tideline partnered with the local art foundation to commission a large-scale mural that contributed to the colorful landscape of downtown.
