Tideline, in partnership with Wakeland Housing & Development Corporation, was selected by the City of Vista to deliver 126 affordable homes. The development consists of 56 permanent supportive housing units and 70 affordable senior housing units. The project will advance Vista’s strategy to add supportive and senior housing where services and amenities are accessible, transforming the underutilized sites into long-term community assets.
