Chris Adams
West Coast Brand Manager, US & Canada, Nudie Jeans
Advisor - Retail Intelligence

Mr. Adams brings over fifteen years of retail, fashion and entertainment experience. As the US and Canada West Coast Manager for Nudie Jeans, an ultra-high end Swedish denim designer, Mr. Adams is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and distribution channels, and managing the brand message in his markets.

Prior to joining Nudie Jeans, Mr. Adams was the West Coast Manager for PF Flyer, a subsidiary brand of New Balance shoes and prior to that founded Linear Fashion, an extreme sports clothing designer and retailer. In his younger days Mr. Adams was a professional snowboarder and drummer of an acclaimed punk rock band All For One.

Greg Gershman
Associate, Lee & Associates
Advisor – Acquisitions

Mr. Gershman is an Associate with the Lee & Associates, North San Diego County Office. He specializes in tenant and owner lease representation and investment sales of Industrial and Office properties throughout Southern California. His team manages leasing and sales for an active investor portfolio of over two million square feet concentrated in Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside and Carlsbad.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates Mr. Gershman was a researcher at Cassidy Turley San Diego and founded Gershman Real Estate, a student housing property and investment management firm. Mr. Gershman received his BA in Communications and Minor in Women Studies from California State University San Marcos.

Lev Gershman

Mr. Gershman has over fifteen years of institutional real estate experience including transaction and asset management, operations management and leadership. Prior to launching Tideline, he spent seven years at GE Capital Real Estate where he managed a $225MM portfolio of debt and equity assets, and was directly involved in $3.0B of workouts, asset sales, and bridge financing of middle market commercial assets across the western US.

Mr. Gershman volunteers on a number of non-profit boards, is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, Co-Chair of San Diego Small Scale Infill Development Council and Co-Chair of ULI NEXT Global. Mr. Gershman received his Masters of Science in Business Administration Finance from San Diego State University and his Bachelor of Science from California State University San Marcos.


Leanne Cobb-Rogan

Mrs. Rogan is a seasoned Brand Marketing professional with over fifteen years of experience in marketing, advertising, business development, brand strategy, repositioning and customer outreach. Mrs. Rogan is responsible for developing and executing overall marketing and communication strategies for the firm and its different property types.

Prior to American, Mrs. Rogan worked at Arden Realty, A GE Capital Company for over seven years where she had a proven track record of delivering innovative and multi-level marketing campaigns to support Arden/GE's overall company strategy. Mrs. Rogan is the Associate Communications Chair for Urban Land Institute of Los Angeles, and received her Bachelor of Science in International Business from University of California Santa Barbara.

Alexander Salazar

Mr. Salazar holds a Master’s Degree in Theology and Art from Harvard University and a second Masters in Sociology and Art from Boston College. While a student at Colorado College he lived in London to study Modern and Contemporary Art and then moved to Florence Italy to study Masters such at Bernini and Botticelli.

A well-respected International Art Dealer, Mr Salazar opened Alexander Salazar Fine Art in 2010 and White Box Contemporary in 2011, both in Downtown San Diego. With over 18 years of experience as a Art Collector, Philanthropist, Patron and Art Dealer, Mr. Salazar has built private and corporate collections worldwide. He is a recognized community leader, and is actively engaged and committed to many philanthropic projects dedicated to building community through art. 


Ryan Spruston
Architect AIA LEED AP, Gensler
Advisor - Design and Place Making

Mr. Spruston is an architect and designer with experience working on projects of varying scale ranging from the design of a 2,000 sf planetarium in the Berkeley hills to the master plan of a new city of 50,000 residents outside of Valencia, Spain. Mr. Spruston client list includes some of the most active and successful creative office developers, and his notable projects include the 500K sf Hyundai North America HQ and Element LA, a 12 acre adaptive reuse campus consisting of 240K sf of office space in West Los Angeles.

Mr. Spruston brings a strong background in design visualization and digital modeling to his practice and is always pursuing innovative and alternative methods of form making. He is a member of the Hollywood Design Review Committee and a graduate of University of California Berkeley College of Environmental Design. 


John A. Brown
General Contractor, Construction Manager

Mr. Brown has been licensed as a General Contractor since 1993 and has over thirty years of commercial, residential, governmental and infrastructure development experience.  John is a US Navy veteran (Hull Technician/Pipefitter).  He is a proud father of two adult sons and has been married to his wife for twenty-seven years.

Bianca Hawbaker
Associate, Operations Management

Mrs. Hawbaker is an associate of Operations and Asset Management at Tideline Partners. She manages property level operations working closely with tenants, clients and vendors. Prior to joining Tideline Partners, Mrs. Hawbaker spent years in management and operations in luxury hospitality and charter aviation.

Chris Schoeneck
Director of Development

Mr. Schoeneck has a decade of development experience split between architecture and asset management. As Director of Development, he is responsible for leading and implementing development opportunities in Tideline’s portfolio. Prior to joining Tideline, he spent five years as an architectural designer at AVRP Studios where he focused on entitlements, design, and construction documents for multi-family residential mid-rise and high-rise projects and medical office buildings. After leaving AVRP Studios, he joined Capstone Advisors where he focused on redeveloping leased commercial and office buildings. Mr. Schoeneck is accredited with the National Council of Architectural Registration Board and is a certified LEED AP with distinction in Building Design and Construction.


Mike Malloy
EVP, The ConAm Group

Mr. Malloy is the EVP at The ConAm Group overseeing the national investment management on all owned, syndicated and fund management properties. Prior to ConAm Group, Mr. Malloy was a Regional Director at GE Capital Real Estate overseeing Lending, JV Equity, Mezzanine and Participating Debt products in the western US.

Mr. Malloy has significant depth and years of experience in commercial real estate finance, with over 20 years devoted solely to commercial Real Estate Asset Management. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Malloy headed the Real Estate Asset Management Division of Fidelity Federal Bank, and was instrumental in that institution’s recapitalization plan. He is a graduate of University of the Pacific, with continued graduate studies at California Lutheran University.

Wayne Ratkovich
President & CEO, The Ratkovich Company

Wayne Ratkovich founded The Ratkovich Company in 1977 and is its President/CEO. The company’s specializes in developing urban infill and rehabilitation projects including 17 historic buildings. In doing so, the company partners with some of the nation’s largest financial institutions including its most recent project, The Bloc (formerly Macy’s Plaza). 

Mr. Ratkovich is an Emeritus Trustee of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. In 2011 he was named a Life Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, one of 13 in the organization’s 75 year history. He is a graduate of UCLA. 

Alex Rose
Sr. Vice President, Continental Developerment Corporation

Alex J. Rose serves as Senior Vice President for Continental Development Corporation and is responsible for managing all development, acquisition and redevelopment activities for the suburban office/medical/R&D park developer, whose holdings cover over four million square feet in Los Angeles County South Bay and City of San Francisco markets. 

Mr. Rose received his MBA from the University of Southern California, his JD from Southwestern University School of Law and BA, Political Science from UCLA.  He is a Urban Land Institute Foundation Governor, has served as a ULI Trustee, Chair of ULI’s Los Angeles District Council Executive and Governance Committees as well as a number of national ULI leadership roles.

Ron Silverman
Partner, Cox Castle, Nichelson

Ron Silverman has a reputation for facilitating strategies that lead to creative and practical business solutions for his clients.  In addition to his land use and entitlements background, Ron has in depth experience with purchase and sale transactions, title and survey issues, leasing and financing transactions and master planned communities.  Ron prides himself on being a deal maker and on never having been to court.

Ron has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving in both national and local leadership positions, since 1988.

Ron has been named in “The Best Lawyers in America” since 1991 and a “Southern California Super Lawyer” since 2004.  He received his JD and BA degrees from UCLA.


Kev Zoryan
Managing Director, Morgan Stanley

Kev Zoryan serves as the Co-Head of U.S. Acquisitions and Head of Western U.S. Investing for Morgan Stanley Real Estate’s various private equity real estate funds.  He is responsible for the sourcing, execution and asset management of real estate investments. Mr. Zoryan established the Firm’s Los Angeles real estate investing office in 2005.

Mr. Zoryan received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the University of Southern California. Mr. Zoryan is a member of the Executive Council of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center at Berkeley, and the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles Advisory Board.
