Civic Center Apartments

Tideline was selected by the North County Transit District to develop the Civic Center light rail SPRINTER stop into a vibrant 131-unit transit-oriented development. Positioned at the gateway into the downtown, the five-story mixed-use community will feature distinctive architecture, public art, sustainability enhancements and a pedestrian-oriented landscape design. The plan activates the street with ground-floor retail, a mobility hub with EV charging, and a furnished retail patio that improves visibility and access.

Shared indoor–outdoor “third-space” amenities and resident terraces encourage social connection and walkability, while a thoughtful connection to the transit infrastructure supports efficient access to jobs, education, healthcare, and the highly amenitized downtown core.
