Tideline acquired the underperforming downtown office from the City and repositioned it, serving as developer and general contractor. The renovation replaced all building systems and brought the asset to code. Tideline resolved title issues and secured a cross-party access and maintenance agreement for shared facilities, unlocking additional value. In parallel, a partnership with the local art foundation delivered a large-scale mural that animates the district’s streetscape.
