Mrs. Kaplan serves as Director of Operations at Tideline Partners and brings more than twenty-five years of management experience across real estate, private equity, and professional services. She manages company operations and oversees the property management and accounting teams, driving excellence in communication, operational consistency, and disciplined execution across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Tideline in 2021, Mrs. Kaplan spent more than two decades in administrative and management roles with TPG, Behrman Capital, and Bain & Company.
