Kensho is a midrise, 183-unit Transit Oriented Development shaped by the site’s natural contours as it hugs the Sprinter light-rail line. Tideline assembled the site through relationships and off-market acquisitions and, working closely with the City and local, regional, and state transit agencies, designed essential offsite road and rail improvements to enhance safety, circulation, and connectivity. Tideline completed the discretionary entitlement process, amending the General Plan and Zoning to secure high-density residential entitlements for the project.
